We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development, and testing of aircraft systems and components, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance standards. This role requires a strong understanding of aerodynamics, materials, and propulsion systems, along with a passion for innovation in aviation technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support the aerodynamics and functionality of aerospace systems.
• Design and test aircraft components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects.
• Use simulation software to predict aircraft performance in various conditions.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior engineers and management.
• Assist in the development of prototypes and oversee test flights.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering
