UX/UI Systems Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Systems Specialist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering user-centric designs, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and within scope.
• Utilize design software to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Engage in user research and analysis to inform design choices.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, embracing iterative design methodologies.
• Document and share design processes, guidelines, and best practices with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in UX/UI design roles

• Sketch

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• UX Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
