Job Description

As a Virtual Learning Coordinator, you will be pivotal in creating and managing engaging online learning experiences. You will work closely with educators to design curriculum, develop instructional materials, and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure course content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Provide mentorship and support to educators transitioning to online platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and webinars for continuous professional development.
• Review and edit learning materials to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Implement feedback mechanisms from students and educators to improve online learning experiences.
• Research and recommend new technologies that can enhance online learning.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and accessibility in all online education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field
• Master's degree or higher is an asset

Experience

• 3 years of experience in educational technology or virtual instruction
