We are on the lookout for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Pretoria team. This role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative structures that meet client specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for optimal project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Assist in the development of project bids and proposals.
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Matlab
• SAP2000

Certifications

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
