We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant who will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise will help inform financial decisions and optimize our financial health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting cycle including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, review, and analyze the company's financial statements.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to ensure effective financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
• Support the finance team with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Assist with financial audits and the preparation of audit schedules.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
