Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in production and engineering processes.
• Develop strategies to optimize systems and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of Six Sigma initiatives.
• Create and monitor KPIs for production performance.
• Analyze cost data and assist in budgeting for projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to improve production flow.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments
