Job Description

As a Wind Energy Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations at our wind energy service site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive exceptional service while leading a team of technicians to maintain wind turbines and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of wind turbines and associated systems.
• Implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to service technicians.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide updates on service operations.
• Promote safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, optimizing resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in service delivery or management in the renewable energy sector.
