Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in operating CNC machines and a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring precision in manufacturing processes and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines with the required specifications for production.
• Ensure the quality of machined parts meets industry standards.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings when required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Provide feedback to management regarding production and machine performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Similar
• Further Technical Certifications Preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
