Art Production Manager

Job Description

As an Art Production Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire art production process from conception through to completion. This role requires a blend of creativity and leadership, as you will be expected to coordinate with artists, designers, and clients to deliver stunning visuals that meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the production of artistic projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients, articulating artistic vision and process.
• Evaluate team performance and establish processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and artistic consistency across projects.
• Cultivate relationships with external vendors and suppliers for project needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management or related field
• Master's degree in a creative discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a management role within the creative industry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
