Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Power-Line Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing power lines while ensuring safety protocols are followed. A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Install power lines and equipment according to specifications.
  • Evaluate and repair electrical systems to ensure efficiency.
  • Implement safety measures to protect team and public.
  • Monitor and control power line installations.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align on deadlines.
  • Assist in conducting feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Utilize electrical testing devices to ensure accuracy.
  • Document all work completed during installations.
  • Work on call for emergency repairs as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in electrical or construction field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in power-line installation or repair
