Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Durban. You will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data sets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques, driving actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis efforts for new aerospace projects.
• Perform stress analysis and material selection for various components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality production.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct research on emerging aerospace technologies.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement testing protocols for new designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace or related engineering fields
