Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. You'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project from beginning to end.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project components.
• Facilitate problem-solving with proactive strategies.
• Utilize project management software to maintain organization and oversight.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• MS Project
• Estimating Software
• AutoCAD

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
