Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, enhancing user experience, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Implement preventative maintenance on IT systems to ensure reliability.
  • Work with external vendors for more complex issues and repairs.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on user experience to improve IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support, Computer Science or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a big plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of IT support experience preferred
