Job Description

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock movements, and optimising the supply chain within our Pretoria operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
• Coordinate product returns and exchanges with customer service.
• Lead initiatives to improve inventory processes and systems.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory changes.
• Collaborate with logistics teams for efficient stock deliveries.
• Develop training materials for new staff on inventory systems.
• Monitor stock movements and update inventory systems accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Logistics is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role focusing on inventory control
