Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret psychological tests.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress.
  • Engage in community outreach and education regarding mental wellness.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team collaborations.
  • Offer consultations and guidance to other health professionals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Develop mental health resources and materials for clients.
  • Support research initiatives related to mental health services.
  • Educate clients about normalizing mental health issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • PhD or equivalent in Psychology is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting
