Responsibilities

• Create design concepts and present them to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of junior architects and interns.
• Utilize design software (AutoCAD, Revit) for project documentation.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits throughout the construction process.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods for sustainability.
• Prepare and submit necessary permit applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 3-7 years of professional architecture experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling
• Building Code Knowledge

Certifications

• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban design projects: Background in working on large scale urban planning projects.
