Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Track and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Support training and onboarding of new finance staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee payments.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct periodic audits of financial data for accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a bookkeeping or finance position.
