Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trials Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical trial process from design through to completion.
  • Collaborate with ethical committees to secure necessary approvals.
  • Monitor trial activities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the analysis of clinical trial data.
  • Track and report adverse events appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.
  • Enhance participant engagement and retention strategies.
  • Act as a liaison for sponsor and investigator communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, including phases I-III
