Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with zoning and building regulations.
• Prepare project documentation for approvals and permits.
• Utilize effective communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in design charrettes and workshops to foster innovation.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Advanced degree in Sustainable Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Landscape Architecture

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Green Building Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Public Presentation Skills: Ability to present design concepts to large groups.
• Hands-on Construction Experience: Experience with hands-on project execution and site management.
