Job Description

We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance and robust connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the existing telecommunications infrastructure and recommend upgrades.
  • Implement security measures to protect telecommunications networks.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineering staff.
  • Prepare technical presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor network performance using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Explore innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications field
