Job Description

As a Project Manager at ProManage Solutions, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with client expectations and strategic objectives. We are looking for proactive individuals who can navigate challenges and drive best practices in project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution by tracking progress against the project plan.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, proposals, and status reports.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communications within project teams and ensure information is shared appropriately.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years managing projects in a relevant industry.
