Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Researcher to help us drive impactful research projects in Gauteng. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and report on data collected in the field, contributing valuable insights that inform strategic decisions within the organization and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage field data using digital tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the training of research assistants and volunteers.
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with research guidelines.
• Conduct promotional activities to raise awareness of research projects.
• Report on field findings to the research manager and contribute to team discussions.
• Assist in the preparation of research publications and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research Methodology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in field research or related role
