• Gather and manage field data using digital tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the training of research assistants and volunteers.
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with research guidelines.
• Conduct promotional activities to raise awareness of research projects.
• Report on field findings to the research manager and contribute to team discussions.
• Assist in the preparation of research publications and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research Methodology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Data Collection Experience in gathering qualitative and quantitative data.
• Statistical Analysis Familiarity with statistical software for data analysis.
• Survey Design Ability to design and implement effective surveys.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability Flexibility to adapt in dynamic research settings.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Experience with statistical software like SPSS or R: Proficiency in using software for advanced data analysis.
• Knowledge of ethics in research: Understanding of ethical considerations in conducting research with human subjects.
