Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clients' IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance, configuring systems, and ensuring all hardware and software issues are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new team members related to IT needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues proactively.
• Implement preventive maintenance and monitoring tasks.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of IT support services.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and improvements.
• Maintain inventory of technology resources and assist in resource management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a technical assistance role
