We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our East London team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand product functionality and effectively communicate this to our users. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language will be crucial for our user base.

Responsibilities

• Document software features and updates in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding documentation tools.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the user experience with documentation.
• Attend product meetings to stay informed about new features and changes.
• Establish clear guidelines and standards for document quality.
• Ensure documentation is structured effectively for ease of navigation.
• Coordinate with graphic designers to enhance documentation with visual content.
• Help train new team members on documentation standards and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in writing technical materials

Technical Skills

• Adobe Acrobat

Languages
