Steamer Operator

Job Description

As a Steamer Operator, you will oversee the steaming processes to guarantee product excellence. Your role will include monitoring equipment, conducting inspections, and collaborating with team members to enhance production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the steaming processes efficiently to ensure top-quality finished products.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on steamers.
• Troubleshoot and repair steamers in case of malfunctions.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new steam equipment.
• Train new staff on steamer operations and safety protocols.
• Document all maintenance activities and report any issues to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with the Sales team for technical support during equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Experience in troubleshooting steamer issues and garment finishing techniques is a plus.

Technical Skills
