Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project management processes and contribute to the successful execution of projects in our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Assist with the management of project schedules and timelines.
  • Compile project status reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and resolution of project issues.
  • Assist in the project closing process and ensure all documentation is completed.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration or coordination
