Job Description

We are seeking Textile, Apparel, and Furnishings Workers who will contribute to the overall maintenance and production activities within our railway construction projects. This role demands attention to detail and a passion for quality in textile products.

Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts in textile production, ensuring coordination and efficiency.
• Analyze production reports and suggest improvements.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure the best quality materials are utilized.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on textile standards and compliance.
• Monitor textile performance in construction projects and report findings.
• Implement changes based on feedback from site operators.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve sustainability in textile processes.
• Participate in project planning and review meetings.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance textile operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field will be an advantage

Experience

• 6 years of experience in a related field
