• Analyze transportation costs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and distribute reports on logistics performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding logistics-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding shipping and product delivery.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Additional logistics certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in supply chain roles

• Shipping and Receiving Operations
