Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the IT environment is well-maintained and operational.
• Conduct system updates and upgrades as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments for IT-related needs.
• Provide excellent customer service in support interactions.
• Assist in developing IT support policies and guidelines.
• Help with inventory management of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

• Linux OS

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
