Methods Specialist Engineer

Job Description

As a Methods Specialist Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and improving production processes to ensure efficiency and safety. You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine existing production methods.
• Introduce innovative process improvements that enhance productivity.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies.
• Document and report on process performance metrics regularly.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies in production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical)
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement within a manufacturing context
