Aerospace Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. This role involves designing, developing, and testing aircraft and spacecraft systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace design and a passion for aviation.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new aerospace technologies and practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors for component sourcing.
• Support environmental assessments of aerospace products.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in technical skills.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement in engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace vehicle design

• English: Fluent
