Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage resource allocation, and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project development from inception to completion.
• Control project scope through effective change management processes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external parties.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members.
• Develop risk management plans and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support other projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects

• Agile Methodologies
