Job Description

We are in search of a Sales Representative who is excited about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Based in Cape Town, you will work closely with our customers to provide insights on our product offerings and assist them in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through your network and industry contacts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Attend client meetings to present and discuss our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Create and maintain a client database to track sales.
  • Help orchestrate product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within client organizations.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials to support sales efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Sales certification is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
Technical Skills
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
