Job Description

Our Durban team is in search of a Cybersecurity Analyst. Responsibilities include developing security policies, analyzing security breaches, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance our cyber defenses.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document security incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary during breaches.
• Manage security tools and technologies effectively.
• Evaluate new security technologies and recommend enhancements.
• Build a culture of security awareness within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Advanced Threat Intelligence Skills: Knowledge of using threat intelligence platforms for proactive threat hunting.
