We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our Stellenbosch team. You will play a key role in developing innovative architectural solutions while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for sustainable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
• Work collaboratively with clients to incorporate their feedback into designs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within budget constraints.
• Use software like AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural plans.
• Participate in tender processes, offering expertise on design proposals.
• Mentor junior designers and interns within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Associate Architect (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience leading design projects: Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of 3D printing in architecture: Familiarity with the use of 3D printing technologies in construction.
