Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. This role requires a deep understanding of tax legislation and the ability to advise clients on their tax obligations. You will work closely with clients to minimize their tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax consulting services to clients across various sectors.
• Prepare and file tax returns efficiently and accurately.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and laws.
• Communicate tax-related information to clients clearly and effectively.
• Conduct tax research and prepare detailed reports.
• Evaluate financial records to identify tax deductions.
• Assist in audits and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline tax processes.
• Train junior staff on tax-related topics and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus

• 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting
