Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. This role requires a deep understanding of tax legislation and the ability to advise clients on their tax obligations. You will work closely with clients to minimize their tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients by providing timely tax advice and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and national tax laws.
• Review and analyze tax documents and financial reports.
• Develop and implement tax processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on tax-related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for client portfolio reviews.
• Assist in tax audits and investigations by liaising with authorities.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
• Develop tax policies and procedures for the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting
