Your role will involve coordinating project teams, managing budgets, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead project kickoff meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to adapt project scopes based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Handle project change requests, ensuring they are documented and approved.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to deadlines.
  • Resolve conflicts within project teams swiftly and effectively.
  • Prepare project reports for executive leadership on project status and outcomes.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • PMI-ACP certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects
