We are seeking a driven Retail Manager to oversee daily operations at our Durban location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maximizing sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Management preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years' experience in a retail management role
