Responsibilities

• Structure financial deals and negotiate terms with clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market data.
• Work closely with legal teams to finalize agreements.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with analysts and interns to deliver results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Master’s degree is a definite advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related roles

• Risk Management

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with financial forecasting: Ability to project future financial scenarios based on current data.
• Strong Excel skills including VBA: Advanced skills in Excel for modeling and data analysis.
