As a Payroll Analyst, you will oversee payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with various tax regulations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our finance team.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of payroll, ensuring that employees are paid correctly and on time.
Review payroll changes and adjustments made by HR and ensure they are accurately reflected in payroll.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll data is accurately reflected in financial statements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.
Conduct analysis of payroll expenses and trends to provide insights to management.
Support the finance team during year-end audits, preparing necessary payroll documentation.
Manage the payroll system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide assistance in implementing new payroll software or upgrades as necessary.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Accounting or relevant field
Bachelor's degree is an advantage
