We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engraver to join our team, specialising in creating and etching designs on various surfaces using advanced chemical processes. You will be pivotal in maintaining quality control and ensuring precision in every project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for chemical etching by cleaning and conditioning.
• Develop detailed designs using computer software and manual drafting techniques.
• Monitor the etching process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on engraving equipment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations in the manufacturing process.
• Assist in training new staff on chemical engraving practices.
• Evaluate and improve existing engraving processes for efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety standards while handling chemicals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Technical diploma in manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engraving or a related field
