Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our innovative tech team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. Your insights and expertise will help us streamline processes and enhance our product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the technical team in diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes for better performance.
• Integrate monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system stability.
• Provide support during release cycles and assist in post-deployment monitoring.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on DevOps practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role

Technical Skills

• CI/CD Tools
• Scripting Languages

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CloudFormation.: Proficient in AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure deployment.
