Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and key performance indicators.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage project success.
• Utilise tools and techniques for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members in project management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project management function.
• Evaluate project risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote project buy-in.
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage expectations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality assurance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a project management role

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management Techniques

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
