UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for an innovative UX Designer to help us reimagine the user experience of our platforms. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, be familiar with usability testing, and have a background in creating wireframes and prototypes. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products not only meet user needs but exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead user interviews to gather qualitative insights for design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate analytics and feedback to continuously improve user experience.
• Work alongside developers to troubleshoot and refine designs post-launch.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in team development initiatives.
• Document design processes and rationale for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch/Figma
• Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Creativity

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer (CUXD)
• Interaction Design Foundation certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
