Job Description

Join our team as a Healthcare Manager where you’ll be responsible for leading healthcare operations in Durban. You will work closely with staff to drive patient satisfaction and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies for patient outreach and community health improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee clinical audits.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals.

  • Address patient complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
