Job Description

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for process improvements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on goals.
• Use simulation software to model processes and analyze potential improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes.
• Engage in risk assessment and management related to engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
