Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to deliver exceptional service and value.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed financial models and conduct analysis to support M&A transactions.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
• Assist with client relationship management and communication.
• Support the execution of equity and debt financing deals.
• Research industry trends and competitors to better inform investment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial consultancy
