Responsibilities

• Create detailed sketches and prototypes of each design.
• Analyze the cost and time involved in producing each garment.
• Ensure completed designs are in line with brand aesthetics and standards.
• Network with suppliers and manufacturers to establish relationships.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Fashion Software (CLO 3D)
• Trend Analysis

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Textile Science: Understanding of fabric properties and textile technology.
• Experience in Fashion Marketing: Background in promoting fashion brands and understanding consumer behavior.
