Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Monitor and document patient progress and health outcomes.
• Provide preventative care and health education to patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with all health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing medical education and training.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Emergency Response
• Chronic Disease Management

Certifications

• Family Medicine Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
