Job Description

As a Network Administrator at Tech Solutions Pty Ltd, you will oversee the network infrastructure in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing network performance, configuring routers and switches, and implementing security measures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and network integrity.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Document network configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with IT support and other teams to enhance infrastructure.
• Provide support in network design and architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Networking

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in network administration

• VoIP Technology

Certifications

• Juniper Networks Certified Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
